gift voucher terms & conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from purchase date. Expiry date will be written on voucher at time of purchase and cannot be changed. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after expiry date. Vouchers cannot be accepted during our annual winter closure (January of each year), this does not affect expiry date. 

Vouchers can be redeemed against all services from venue of purchase, including sit-in dining or takeaway. Services and Menu options can change seasonally, this does not affect expiry date of voucher. No change can be given in cash, instead remaining credit will remain on voucher for future use (this does not extend expiry date of voucher).

Vouchers can be used over multiple visits to our bistro. This does not extend expiry date of voucher.

Only one gift voucher may be used in a single transaction.

Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Vouchers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any offers/discounts available and cannot be used as deposit payment for private dining/events.

We accept no responsibility for vouchers which are deemed lost/stolen (such vouchers will be considered invalid). Damaged vouchers may be deemed invalid if required details are destroyed, including value & voucher code. Damaged voucher acceptance will be at the discretion of duty manager.
